Our research separates being readable, appearing in search, receiving a citation and providing an accurate saving. These are different outcomes.

## How we assess an answer

Record the exact question, country, product mode, date, raw answer and cited URLs. Compare the answer’s code, customer eligibility, currency, benefit, cap and minimum with the source evidence captured at that time.
