# Namshi shopping guide

This guide answers policy and shopping questions. [For current coupon evidence, visit the Namshi offer page.](https://thecouponqueen.net/stores/namshi/)

## Before placing an order

- Check the platform restriction on the offer you choose; app-only codes should be entered in the app.
- Build your basket from eligible items. A percentage discount only applies to the items the merchant accepts.
- For a capped code, divide the cap by the percentage as a decimal to find the subtotal where savings stop increasing.

## Published policy facts

## Choose the right market

- [United Arab Emirates](https://thecouponqueen.net/ae/namshi/): Check the UAE storefront and your delivery address before applying a code. A Saudi offer does not automatically apply to an AED basket.
- [Saudi Arabia](https://thecouponqueen.net/sa/namshi/): Use the Saudi storefront. Compare the final SAR total, including delivery, with any alternative card offer before paying.

## Order support

Use the [official Namshi website](https://www.namshi.com/) for order status, cancellation and policy confirmation. The Coupon Queen cannot access or refund a merchant order.
