# Terms of use

The Coupon Queen provides shopping information. The merchant’s checkout and offer terms determine whether an offer applies. We are not the seller and cannot fulfil, refund or resolve a merchant order.

Offers can change. Check country, customer eligibility, exclusions, fees and the final total before paying. A source-access date records when information was reviewed, not a promise that the merchant will honour it indefinitely.

Calculators provide estimates from the numbers you enter. They do not connect to merchant checkout systems.

Do not submit abusive content, personal payment information or misleading reports. Questions and corrections can be submitted through our [contact form](https://thecouponqueen.net/contact/).

Page content updated 28 Oct 2026. Offer source dates are shown separately.
