Filter the API with ?country=ae or ?merchant=namshi. Filters can be combined. The launch endpoint returns the complete bounded catalogue without pagination. Unknown filters return HTTP 400.

Field meanings

Each record has a stable ID, merchant, countries, audience, terms, code and benefit type. Percentage, cap, minimum and currency are explicit; null means not specified or not applicable, never a confirmed zero. An empty countries list means country eligibility is unconfirmed, never worldwide eligibility. Assignment-only records are excluded from country filters. Programme-confirmed records have explicit country coverage. evidence.accessedAt is the evidence-reading time, reviewDue the review deadline, and endsAt a known offer end time. All timestamps include a timezone. Evidence notes disclose cached sources and disagreements.

state is calculated at request time. Expired, withdrawn or overdue records remain visible as history. No API write access is public.
