A familiar store name does not mean its promotions are identical in every country. Start with the country where your order will be delivered.
1. Match the storefront
Check the delivery country and currency before adding items. An AED cap is not a KWD cap, and converting currencies does not establish local eligibility.
2. Match the customer
First-order, app-only, member and cardholder offers have different requirements. Creating a new account does not necessarily make an existing shopper eligible again.
3. Read the exclusions
Sale items, gift cards and selected brands can be excluded. Apply the code and check which products actually receive a discount.
4. Separate the benefit from the payment
Watch for a maximum saving, a minimum spend and delayed store credit. Delivery subscriptions can renew after a free trial, so include their recurring cost.
5. Inspect the final total
Compare the amount payable after delivery and other charges. Keep a record of the offer terms if they matter to your purchase, and contact the merchant about an order issue.
