A return window is not a guaranteed cash refund

Check product eligibility, approval, shipping costs and the refund method.
A published return window tells you when you may request or complete a return under stated conditions. It does not promise that every product can be returned, or that every refund goes to your bank.
Read the conditions attached to the number
Namshi’s policy describes 14 days after receipt for eligible unused items with packaging and tags. iHerb describes different windows for most products and its own-brand direct purchases, with approval required. Our comparison preserves source-access limitations.
Check international costs
iHerb says international returns do not receive a prepaid shipping label. Return postage and other costs can reduce the practical value of a refund. Obtain approval and instructions before sending anything.
Cash on delivery may return as credit
Ounass’s UAE policy describes COD refunds as store credit. That policy is not evidence that COD is available on every order. Confirm both the original payment method and how a return would be refunded.
Conflicting merchant pages
Nike UAE’s return help page says 30 days, while a separate shipping-policy page contains 14-day wording. We flag the conflict and recommend confirming the order-specific terms rather than silently selecting the more generous number.
