Before placing an order
- Set your destination country before shopping. The merchant’s offer is available in selected countries, not every country worldwide.
- Use the conditions for NEW20 specifically. A separate app promotion can have a different code and different eligibility.
- Compare the final order total after shipping and taxes. The discount applies to eligible merchandise, not those extra costs.

Choose the right market
- United Arab Emirates: Check the UAE storefront and your delivery address before applying a code. A Saudi offer does not automatically apply to an AED basket.
- Saudi Arabia: Use the Saudi storefront. Compare the final SAR total, including delivery, with any alternative card offer before paying.
- Kuwait: Check that the merchant accepts your Kuwait address. Do not convert an AED coupon cap into KWD unless the merchant explicitly publishes that cap.
- Qatar: Choose Qatar before building your basket. Product availability and promotions can differ from the UAE storefront.
- Bahrain: Set your delivery country to Bahrain first. A code listed for a neighbouring country is not evidence that it will work in Bahrain.
- Oman: Set Oman as your delivery destination and read any cross-border delivery terms. Compare savings using the checkout currency.
